1.Who runs this website
In line with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE), the owner of this website is:
- Company name
- Ward
- Trade name
- Ward
- Website
- ward-pearl.vercel.app
2.Purpose
Ward is a passive scan of a company's exposure on the internet. Using public sources and techniques that don't attack anyone, it shows what someone looking to attack a domain would see and explains how to fix it. Its results are for information only and are not a security audit.
This website presents the service, publishes its documentation and the sources it uses and, until Ward opens, collects the email addresses of people who ask to be told about the launch. Use of the scanning service is governed by the Terms of Service.
3.Using the website
Browsing the site is free and makes you a user. You agree to use it in good faith, in line with the law, with this legal notice and with the Terms of Service. In particular, you agree not to:
- damage, disable or overload the site, or stop other people from using it normally;
- access restricted areas or look for vulnerabilities in the site without permission (if you find one, tell us at the contact email and we will fix it);
- extract content in bulk or by automated means without our permission, or get around the usage limits;
- introduce viruses, malicious code or any content that could harm the site or other people;
- impersonate another person or entity, or give false information.
Ward may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these rules.
4.Intellectual property
The text, design, code, images, logo and the name “Ward” belong to Ward or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate or modify them without written permission, except where the law allows it (for example, quoting with credit and a link to this site).
Data that Ward shows and that comes from third-party sources belongs to its owners and is used under each source's license. The list of sources, with their licenses and credits, is on the Sources page. Other companies' trademarks and names that appear here belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
5.Disclaimer
- The information on the site is general and for information only. Ward tries to keep it correct and up to date but doesn't guarantee that it is free of errors or fit for a particular purpose.
- Scan results are based on public sources and a passive visit. They are not a security audit and don't guarantee that no incident will happen. The Terms of Service explain this in detail.
- We don't guarantee that the site will always be available. It may be interrupted for maintenance, because of third-party failures (hosting, network) or for reasons beyond our control.
- We aren't responsible for damage caused by using the site against this notice, the Terms of Service or the law.
- We aren't responsible for the content or operation of third-party sites linked from here.
None of this excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (for example, liability for intentional misconduct) or limits the rights that the law gives to consumers.
6.Links
The site may link to third-party pages (data sources, vendor documentation, public bodies). We offer them for convenience: we don't control those sites or endorse them, and we aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
You may link to this site as long as the link is clear, doesn't suggest a relationship, endorsement or sponsorship that doesn't exist, and isn't shown inside a frame or in a way that confuses people about where it comes from. If you see a broken or inappropriate link, let us know.
7.Data protection and cookies
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy. Which cookies and local storage the site uses is in the Cookie Notice.
8.Contact and unlawful content
For any question, or to tell us about content you believe is unlawful or infringes your rights, email onboarding@resend.dev saying what the content is, where it is and why you think it is unlawful, with your contact details. We will review it as quickly as we can and remove it if appropriate.
9.Changes
We may change this legal notice to keep up with changes in the law or the service. The current version is the one published on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
10.Governing law and courts
This legal notice is governed by Spanish law.
If you are a consumer, you have the right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, and nothing here limits that right. In all other cases, and for any dispute about this website, the parties submit to the courts of Spain, unless the law requires a different venue.
