Ward AI
Ward AI is Ward's artificial intelligence. It explains your results in plain language and checks suspicious emails, links and files. It has two tools.
The two tools
What it knows, and what it doesn't
- It knows a summary of your company: your Ward Score, your domains, your most serious findings, your alerts and recent activity.
- It knows how Ward works, so it can explain things without jargon.
- For monitored accounts it only sees how many are in each situation.
- It never sees passwords, secrets, raw technical evidence, names or email addresses of people, or data from other organizations.
- It doesn't act for you. It doesn't change statuses or settings; it tells you where to do it.
The monthly quota
- Each organization has a monthly quota of Ward AI, shared by all its people.
- The Chat and the questions about a finding or an analysis spend it. The Analyzer doesn't.
- You see it as a percentage, in Ward AI and in Billing. It renews on the 1st of every month.
- The Professional plan includes 3× the usage of Essential.
- From 80% used, the chat tells you how much is left.
- When it runs out, the chat waits for the renewal. Analyzer analyses keep their AI explanations.
Conversations and data
- Conversations are kept for 90 days, then deleted.
- What you write, and the summary of your company, goes to the AI model through OpenRouter, our sub-processor.
Ward AI can make mistakes. Check anything important, and never share passwords with it.
