More than one domain
Essential covers a single domain. Professional includes 5, and you can add as many as you need: your other domains, brands or, if you're an IT provider, your clients' domains. Subdomains are always included.
| Domains | Essential | Professional |
|---|---|---|
| Included in the plan | 1 | 5 |
| Each extra domain | Not available | $14/mo$140/yr |
Why is the full report part of the plans?
It lists your subdomains and the technical detail of every problem: useful to fix, and to an attacker. We only show it to whoever proves the domain is theirs, and it's where the work of monitoring and explaining goes.
What counts as a domain?
Each registered domain (yourcompany.com, yourcompany.net). Its subdomains (shop.yourcompany.com) are included at no extra cost.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Go to Billing and switch whenever you like, up or down. Essential covers a single domain, so before moving down to it remove the other domains you monitor.
What happens when I reach the monthly limit of Ward AI's Analyzer?
Essential includes 50 analyses a month and Professional 400 (emails, links or files). Past the limit nothing is blocked: Ward keeps analyzing, but only with its technical checks, without AI, and marks them “Basic analysis”. The count resets at the start of each month. There's also a cap of 30 analyses a day per organization. The Analyzer's AI doesn't use your Ward AI quota: within your plan's limit every analysis gets it.
What does “Coming soon” mean?
The Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connector is still being built. It'll be added to the Professional plan at no extra cost as soon as it's ready, and we only list features as available when they are.
