Plan and billing
How to subscribe, change plan, add domains, cancel, where your invoices are and what happens to your data.
Subscribe
- Choose a plan and a billing period on the plans page and press subscribe. Stripe asks for your billing details and your card.
- Once paid, you go back to Ward, straight into your dashboard. The invoice arrives by email.
- The owner of the organization, who is the one who pays, manages the plan and the billing.
Change plan
- In Billing, under “Change plan”, pick the plan or the number of domains and confirm.
- The change applies right away. The difference for the rest of the period is charged right away, prorated. If the charge fails, the plan stays as it was.
- Essential covers a single domain: before moving down to it, remove the other domains you monitor.
- If the Ward team manages your plan, write to onboarding@resend.dev instead.
What an extra domain costs
Essential is $69 a month and covers one domain. Professional is $99 a month and includes 5 domains; each additional domain is $14 a month ($140 a year if you pay annually). Prices are in US dollars, plus applicable sales tax.
Each organization can monitor up to 15 domains in total. Teams: up to 20 people on Essential and 50 on Professional, counting pending invitations.
Cancel
- In Billing, press “Manage payment and invoices” (or “Cancel plan”, which opens the same page). Stripe’s portal opens, and there you cancel.
- You keep the full report and monitoring until the end of the period you paid for. After that, Ward stops monitoring your domains.
Invoices and payment
- Stripe sends you each invoice by email. You can also find them, with your payment method, under “Manage payment and invoices”.
- Stripe keeps your card details: Ward never sees them.
Extra Ward AI quota
- The quota renews on the 1st of every month.
What happens to your data
- Your account, domains and findings stay saved while the organization exists. If you ask us to close the account, we delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep.
- Free scans without an account are kept 30 days. The history of changes and alerts of a domain is kept 90 days.
- The detail of each scan (results and findings) is kept 90 days. Each scan keeps its Ward Score while the account is active.
- If a domain or an organization is deleted, everything connected to it is deleted too.
- The privacy policy has the details.
Close the account
- To close your account for good, write to onboarding@resend.dev asking for it.
- When we close it, we delete your domains, findings, monitored accounts and scans; at most we keep the periods above (90 days for the history and 90 for the detail), except what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices.
- Cancelling the plan does not close the account: monitoring stops, but your data stays saved until you ask us to close it.
The terms of subscription, cancellation and withdrawal are in the terms of use.
